REGGAE PLAYLIST
Back in the 80s I serviced emergency sound systems on small cruise ships in the Caribbean, the crew in the Wheelhouse always had cool "Roots" Reggae tunes playing on their stereo. I was captivated by the One-Drop rhythm and poetry. One day I mentioned it to the band and we immediately started jamming, these songs were born from those jams.

MARK KING COUNTRY PLAYLIST
In 1972 I met Larry Dale, he was a maintenance man at the wire factory I worked in by day. By night Larry was a hardcore Country heart throb playing at all the top red neck bars out west of West County, St. Louis. All the women in the factory loved Larry, he had big blue eyes and a smile that never quit. He took me under his wing and at age 19 he schooled me in Country music. I played a few gigs with him and his band, I turned 20 and he got me into adult venues playing lead guitar (some of my first paying live gigs playing guitar). I've never forgotten him, his patience and the experience. County music is not my main style but there are aspects of it that I love. This was another time that I mentioned something out of the blue to the band and suddenly we were birthing new Country Hits that are waiting to be discovered. Enjoy!

PROGRESSIVE ROCK PLAYLIST
YES and Emerson Lake and Palmer were strongly favored in my listening in the 1970s. My musical buds, Theo and Rob were hardcore fans too. Mary and the girls look at us like we're aliens when we dash down some of these musical side-streets. Here are several fun things we created, classic sounds with modern production and Theo's incredible voice.

POP - PARTY - DANCE PLAYLIST
Mary King is my guiding light when it comes to creating tunes like these. The band just nods OK and off we go, who knows what will come out, prepare to LOL.

FOR THE LOVE OF CHRIST - CHRISTIAN PLAYLIST

THE SANDWICH APOCALYPSE- The Album Playlist
Mary King is the inspiration for this album. One morning we were in the gym (listening to band recordings) and she had the idea "What if a rich band leader woke up at night and wanted a sandwich but there was no bread to make it?". We took this one step farther and this album was born. Famous bands doing their own versions of the same basic song, "There's No More Bread".
