Production on this album has OWNED ME for the last month, everything else had to take a back seat. The band is ready to get back into the High on Technology studio and crank out more brand new riffs but I have been slaving away trying to get the mixes and mastering tweaked to the MAX on this one. I think we pushed this one across the finish line and it's gonna be a great debut for our band in the World Wide Music Market owned by Spotify, Apple, Amazon and YouTube.

Intersection represents a crossroads of so many dreams, ideas and technologies, it is ten Progressive-Rock songs with big heavy guitar sounds, fat Hammond organ through my early 70s Leslie 147 (yea it's still cranking), blazing synthesizer tracks, soaring lead guitar parts and thick vocal harmonies with hooks that will keep you awake at night echoing in your brain.

These songs feature vintage style analog synthesizers dancing freely with virtual synths (the ones trapped "in the box"), proving that both have places in modern music. Prized Yamaha, Sequential and Kurzweil hardware mingling with bargain-priced Behringer analog devices contrast and prove that the musician/performer is the most important part of the music making puzzle.  Outstanding performances combined with clever programming and skilled musicians are delivering the goods. Marshall, Boogie and Kemper through a variety of Marshall 4x12 (Celestion) speakers bring the heavy guitar you crave. The album was mixed and mastered in the analog domain using my Neve/Soundcraft hybrid console and A LOT of hardware EQ and compressors patched in to make it rich and full.

April is the month of my birthday so we're holding back all our new music until then. In the meantime you can enjoy all the preview tracks we've been dropping for months.

Thanks for listening!

Mark

PS: That's not all folks, the next album ('73) is already getting mixed and I hope to be able to push it out in April too, it's a fun one, classic rock style like we loved back in 1973. Blues, hard rock and fun!

Lets Boogie!
